About the Assignment
In this assignment, you will support an aftermarket service network by coordinating order and deviation handling and by proactively sharing information related to the spare parts logistics flow. The role combines structured administration with service-minded communication and close collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
Job DescriptionSupport dealers with order handling and deviation management
Proactively communicate updates and information regarding spare parts logistics flow
Work independently to resolve issues that are difficult but typically not complex
Influence and support stakeholders by explaining facts, policies, and established practices
RequirementsExcellent written communication skills in both English and Swedish
1-3 years of relevant work experience from a similar role
University degree or other relevant technical degree (e.g., engineering)
A curious and driven mindset
Nice to haveInterest or knowledge in automation, digitalization, and AI
