We are looking for you who is organized and proactive to join our Service team as a Service & Purchase Coordinator to tackle purchasing activities and support service operations.The tasks consist of compiling information for the creation of service orders and ensuring material purchases for service assignments. As a coordinator, you have a great contact area both internally and externally where communication is an important part of the work.
In addition to material purchases for service assignments, purchases are made to the warehouse with associated tasks such as receiving order confirmation and delivery monitoring. The position includes register maintenance such as item creation, updating of prices, lead times, supplier information, etc.
As a Key user in the ERP system, you participate in the implementation of new ERP and ongoing support to the internal organization. Great importance is placed on previous experience in Dynamics 365 and if you have previously been a key user and been involved in the implementation, this is considered merit.
Job Functions included:
Create new service orders based on the SLAs on a monthly basis
Purchase of materials for service and warehouse
Assisting in the implementation of new routines and ensuring their compliance
Act as key user for ERP system
Communicate with suppliers, request quotations, and handle price inquiries
Monitor deliveries and act on delivery alerts
Register maintenance request and support their execution
Complaints/ Discrepancy reports handling
Handle certificates and relevant documentation
Prepare Intrastat report
Maintain article data and ensure accuracy
Manage shared equipment, including completeness checks, calibrations, and repairs
Oversee Procure-to-Pay flow on a daily basis
Qualifications & Requirements:
+ 2 years of experience from similar positions and preferably in the pharma/HVAC/process or construction industry
Skilled in ERP Systems and Microsoft Office
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills with a structured approach
Must have a valid driver's license
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, at a professional level
