We're on the lookout for a talented, tech-savvy SEO Specialist to join our Digital Sales & Media Performance team for a minimum 12-month parental leave cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and shape our organic performance during a transformative time for our new Digital department.
I'm Elin Melin Lundström, Head of Digital Sales & Media Performance. Together, we're building a forward-thinking team, and we need someone like you-skilled in technical SEO, content strategy, and keyword research-to help us continue our journey toward digital excellence.
About the Role:
As our SEO Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing our digital presence. You'll work hands-on with technical optimization, content strategy, and keyword research, improving everything from site speed and structure to organic search visibility and user experience.
You'll collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, content creators, and web analysts to drive meaningful results. Whether it's a deep-dive audit or implementing SEO best practices across sites, your work will ensure we stay ahead in the ever-evolving search landscape.
We're also curious about emerging areas like Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)-if you're excited about structured data, featured snippets, and optimizing for AI-driven search experiences, you'll feel right at home.
This is a parental leave cover for at least 12 months, with the possibility to extend.

🛠 What You'll Do:
- Shape and execute SEO strategies focused on organic growth.
- Lead technical SEO efforts-crawlability, indexability, performance optimization.
- Conduct keyword research and support content strategy development.
- Guide on-page optimization to drive traffic and improve rankings.
- Explore and contribute to initiatives in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and structured data markup.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align SEO with broader digital goals.
- Monitor search performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
What We're Looking For:
- SEO Strategist: Proven experience crafting successful SEO strategies.
- Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
- Code Confident: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO-related optimizations.
- Keyword Expert: Strong research skills and ability to translate findings into actionable content plans.
- AEO Curious: Interest or experience in Answer Engine Optimization, featured snippets, and schema markup is a plus.
- Collaborative Communicator: Able to translate SEO concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinker: Data-driven and detail-oriented with a knack for solving SEO challenges.
- Project Juggler: Comfortable managing multiple SEO initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-Starter: Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and structure your own work to meet deadlines and goals.
- In-House Experience: Experience working in-house with SEO is meriting, especially in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Curious Learner: Passionate about staying updated on best practices and emerging SEO trends.
