Assignment Description

Our client within the automotive industry is strengthening their Vehicle Cabling Architecture (VCA) team focused on bus chassis development.

What You Will Work On

Design and develop cable harness routing and installation for bus chassis applications

Perform hands-on mechanical design work with strong focus on packaging and installation feasibility

Conduct design and drawing reviews

Provide installation support during development and production phases

Collaborate closely with:

Adjacent engineering teams

Production stakeholders

Cross-functional development teams

Work in an Agile/Scrum-based environment

Ensure high-quality, mature design solutions aligned with VCA standards

What You Bring

Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering

Strong experience in:

Cable harness routing

Installation design in vehicle applications

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team setup

Mandatory: CATIA V5 proficiency

Professional working proficiency in English

Swedish language skills are a plus
