Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Validation and Verification Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Plan and lead validation and verification activities to ensure products meet defined requirements and intended use

Work with medical technology products that have a direct impact on healthcare professionals and patients

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle

Contribute to the development of safe, reliable, and user-friendly solutions

Support product development with verification, validation, and quality-related input

Work with risk management activities and product requirements

Handle and analyze product information such as BOMs, quality issues, and statistics

Take an active role in ensuring high product quality and regulatory compliance

Plan and structure your own work and drive activities independently

What you bring:

Engineering degree or equivalent technical background

3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within medical technology, product development, or industrial environments

Experience working in project-based organizations

Knowledge of verification and validation methods

Experience with risk management and working with product requirements or product information

Ability to work with both theoretical and planning-oriented tasks

Strong ability to manage, structure, and coordinate large amounts of information

High level of ownership, responsibility, and ability to prioritize work effectively

Strong communication skills in both spoken and written form

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across function
