Job description

Are you aSenior UX Researcherwith deep expertise inAccessibility? We're looking for someone who's equally comfortable leading usability studies and performing technical accessibility audits. You understand that true quality comes from understanding all users, and you have the skills to uncover insights that drive product decisions-whether the focus is inclusion or general usability.

The Opportunity

This is a two-folded role. You will be our go-to expert forAccessibility, helping clients find issues and build the frameworks to fix them. But you are also a coreUX Researcher, ready to jump into assignments where the main need is gathering insights, mapping user needs, or validating concepts through usability testing.

Your unique value is that even when you are "just" doing research, you bring an inclusive mindset that spots barriers others miss. And when you are focusing on accessibility, you bring the rigor of a researcher who understands context, not just compliance.

What You'll Do
  • Lead research initiatives: Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research-interviews, usability testing, surveys-to gather actionable insights for product teams.
  • Champion accessibility: Perform expert audits and advocate for inclusion, showing how it elevates the user experience for everyone.
  • Build lasting practices: Create methodologies that integrate research and accessibility into daily workflows, making them continuous habits rather than one-off checks.
  • Connect the dots: Use your dual expertise to demonstrate how usability testing and accessibility overlap-improving products for all users by testing with diverse groups.
  • Mentor and guide: Coach clients and colleagues on research methods and inclusive design patterns.

Who You Are
  • 6+ years of experience in UX research or digital product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both research methods and accessibility work.
  • A versatile researcher: You're fluent in the standard research toolkit-usability testing, contextual inquiry, interviews-and comfortable leading studies independently.
  • A hands-on accessibility expert: You can audit interfaces, test with assistive technology, and guide developers on WCAG compliance.
  • A process driver: You know how to move organizations from ad-hoc testing to integrated research operations.
  • A certified pro: You likely hold a CPACC certification (or are close to earning it) and have deep practical knowledge of WCAG 2.x and the EU Accessibility Act.
  • Language: Fluent in English (Swedish is a bonus).

What We Offer
  • Compensation: 47,000-57,000 SEK/month
  • Growth: Personal development budget, annual summits, and a voice in shaping our services
  • Security: Collective agreement with ITP1 pension, wellness allowance, and enhanced parental leave
