Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Align and design user interfaces across multiple functions within an existing web application used by both internal and external users

Propose a clear and logical information architecture based on user roles and menu structures

Develop interaction design through prototypes and mockups for new functionality

Validate and refine design proposals in collaboration with internal users

Document design proposals clearly in both written and visual formats

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and analysts to understand and translate business needs into user-friendly solutions

Support requirements definition and process documentation to guide external development efforts

What you bring:

Minimum 5 years of UX design experience focused on web application development

Strong skills in information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping tools

Proven ability to work independently and take initiative, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Experience in gathering user feedback and iterating design based on input

Ability to clearly document and communicate design solutions

Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written

Comfortable working in international environments where English is the primary language
