Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Senior UX & Communication Manager with strong experience in UX design, UX writing, and copywriting for a client in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

Communication Management & Content Creation

Define a clear communication strategy across multiple channels.

Set up processes to gather product feedback and translate it into actionable insights.

Create engaging copy and short video content for various communication platforms.

Develop educational materials for different user groups.

UX Design & UX Writing

Improve the onboarding and usage experience for internal tools (Web & Mobile).

Write clear and user-focused UX copy in English for product features and onboarding flows.

Apply a data-driven approach to optimize the user journey.

Conduct user research and usability testing.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in:

Communication Management

UX Design

UX Writing and Copywriting

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Ability to understand and manage complex systems.

Proven track record of driving change in a multicultural, distributed setup.

Experience with IT rollouts, especially Windows Hello for Business, is a plus.

Analytical, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset.
