Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Shape and design the UI and UX for digital banking services targeting private and high-net-worth clients

Create user-centered designs through user research, insights, user flows, and journey mapping

Design high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes using Figma

Collaborate closely with UX leadership, product owners, developers, and designers in an agile environment

Ensure consistency, accessibility, and quality across digital channels in line with the organisation's design system

Participate in and lead user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously refine and improve the user experience

Contribute to an early-stage digital transformation by translating business needs and technical constraints into intuitive design solutions

What you bring:

Senior-level UI/UX design expertise with a strong emphasis on UI design

A proactive, hands-on, and ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills

At least 5 years of experience designing interfaces for web, mobile, and app platforms

Education in human-computer interaction, interaction design, or equivalent professional experience

High proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping

Strong belief in research- and insight-driven design and iterative ways of working

Experience leading and contributing to user research, testing, and feedback activities

Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, agile teams

Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are considered a merit
