About the Assignment
For an industrial product development environment, we are looking for a senior Test Lead to take end-to-end ownership of verification and validation for a next-generation controller. You will shape a modern, efficient and standards-compliant test approach, spanning both hardware and software from early prototypes through system integration and final validation. The role is highly cross-functional and involves close collaboration with Software, Hardware, Architecture, Cybersecurity and Product Management.
Job DescriptionDefine and own the overall verification & validation strategy across the product lifecycle
Establish test levels, coverage strategy and traceability models
Design efficient test environments and integration frameworks
Drive test automation initiatives and early defect detection strategies
Ensure alignment between test activities across hardware and software domains
Support compliance with relevant industrial standards and certification requirements
Continuously optimize test processes to enable rapid and reliable feedback loops
Requirements8+ years of experience in industrial product testing
Strong background in embedded systems testing (hardware and software)
Proven experience defining and implementing verification and test strategies
Experience working towards industrial standards and certification requirements
Strong understanding of modern testing methodologies and test automation
Experience working in cross-functional product development environments
Fluent English
Good knowledge of Swedish
