Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Participate in research and development of cutting-edge test equipment, test methodologies and test environments for 3GPP-based communication.

Contribute to expansion within mission-critical and time-critical communication, including MCX and related technologies.

Strengthen testing activities in accordance with GCF requirements and certification processes.

Perform technical testing, test execution, evaluation and development of test methods within ongoing research projects.

Develop and test User Equipment (UE) against NCCOM requirements and other relevant standards.

Act as a technical expert in research applications and support proposal work with domain knowledge.

Transfer knowledge continuously to personnel to strengthen internal capabilities.

Collaborate closely with development teams across Gothenburg and the Borås test track to deliver high-quality test solutions.

What you bring:

A BSc or MSc in a relevant technical field, or equivalent post-secondary education.

At least 2 years of documented experience in areas directly relevant to connectivity, communication systems or cybersecurity testing.

Strong programming skills applied in test automation.

Solid understanding of test planning, execution, evaluation and reporting.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written, and the ability to understand Swedish.

A valid Swedish B driving license.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to take responsibility for driving work to completion.

Detailed technical knowledge of MCPTT and mission-critical communication (meriting).

Experience in cybersecurity for connected systems and understanding of 3GPP standards (meriting).

Experience in testing and evaluating requirements against MCPTT KPIs (meriting).

Experience in User Equipment (UE) testing and test management within Agile ways of working (meriting)
