Job descriptionWe are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to coordinate and drive the delivery of perception data annotation within an advanced ADAS in-cabin perception program.
This role acts as a bridge between annotation operations, data engineering teams, and perception system developers, while also owning key technical aspects of data pipelines, dataset readiness, and infrastructure orchestration.
It combines hands-on senior engineering work with technical delivery leadership and coordination responsibilities.
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in a data engineering or related technical role
- Strong Python development skills
- Solid SQL knowledge for metadata querying and validation
- Experience working with large-scale video or sensor datasets
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred)
- Experience with Databricks and Azure cloud environments
- Understanding of:
- Dataset versioning strategies
- Data lineage tracking
- Training dataset curation workflows
Nice to Have:
- Experience with large-scale automotive or embedded data platforms
- Exposure to data streaming systems
- Understanding of ROS2 ecosystem and bag file processing

Language Requirements

Profile
- Senior-level engineer with 7-10 years of experience
- Strong technical leadership and coordination ability
- Comfortable bridging engineering and delivery teams
- Experience in data-heavy, distributed, and complex systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain data ingestion and preprocessing pipelines for perception datasets
- Translate perception engineering requirements into clear annotation tasks and dataset specifications
- Build and support scalable dataset workflows using:
- Python-based processing services
- SQL-based metadata management
- Containerized workloads (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Deploy and maintain annotation support services and dataset tools using Docker & Kubernetes (AKS preferred)
- Process and prepare perception data from ROS2 data streams / bag files into usable training datasets
- Support dataset transformation and orchestration in Databricks and Azure environments
- Coordinate daily work of data annotation resources
- Plan annotation batches, dataset releases, and validation cycles
- Conduct review sessions and ensure dataset quality and acceptance criteria

Salary range: From 53,333 SEK to 66,667 SEK
The stated salary falls within the established salary range for the position and is determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility, in accordance with our policy of fair and non-discriminatory compensation.
