Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Informant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Produce clear and well-structured operator instructions using PowerPoint and established templates.

Collect and validate information through interviews, on-site observations, photography, and documentation review.

Manage and refine images, text, and technical content to create user-friendly and accurate instructions.

Coordinate reviews with subject-matter experts and ensure documentation is approved according to internal standards.

Analyze and improve the structure, readability, and information flow of technical documents.

Communicate and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure information accuracy and relevance.

Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes and standards.

What you bring:

Proven experience working as a technical informant within an industrial environment.

Strong interest in creating, writing, and presenting technical information for different user groups.

Structured, systematic, and detail-oriented approach to documentation.

Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

High level of independence with strong personal drive and ownership of tasks.

Ability to analyze and refine technical content for clarity, readability, and usability.

Good language sense and ability to ensure consistent information flow.

Knowledge of the Machinery Directive and machinery safety.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
