Senior Supply Chain Business Development Manager, Sweden/Finland - Stockholm

We are now looking for a Senior Supply Chain Business Development Manager who will be leading implementation of the Swedish and Finnish supply chain network strategy, and be a part of the Swedish Supply Chain Leadership Team. This position is based in Solna (Stockholm).

How you will make an impact

This position offers you an excellent opportunity to work with strategy and business development directly with the SE/FI SC Leadership Team and other senior leaders across the organization.

You areas of responsibilities include

• Leading the development and implementation of the portfolio of strategic network projects for the Swedish and Finnish supply chain network, working in tight collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Leading the local process and governance for network strategy implementation and the annual business planning process for the SE/FI E2E supply chain leadership team
• Executive support to the Senior Vice President of Sweden's E2E supply chain which includes supporting in various presentations, advise on key business issues and managing the SE/FI SC LT modus (e.g. owning the agenda and meeting practicalities)

You will report to the Supply Chain Strategy & Business Development Director and have a dotted line to the Senior Vice President of Sweden's & Finland's E2E supply chain. You will be a full member of the SE/FI SC Leadership Team. You will also become part of the SC Strategy & Business Development team and a part of our Strategy and Business Development department.

What will make you successful

We are looking for someone who ideally has consultancy or business development experience combined with a solid educational background, probably within finance or business. In order to be successful in this role, we believe that you have a strong strategy & business development consulting toolbox (e.g. business case, structured problem solving and communication, project and program management skills). Experience and passion for supply chain would be an added bonus. Furthermore, you have excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel, and fluency in English is a must.

As a Senior Supply Chain Business Development Manager, you will need to be independent, self-driven and thrive in working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Your level of drive lies far above average, and your problem solving skills enable you to challenge the status quo and come up with ambitious solutions. At the same time, you get your energy from engaging with your team and stakeholders throughout the organization. As a team player, you are ready to collaborate across functions and levels of seniority. Finally, you are assertive and daring to speak up and challenge senior leaders when the need arises.
