Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Stream Lead - Business Analysis & Transformation to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead a sub-stream within a major financial-sector transformation program, ensuring clear requirements analysis, definition and alignment.

Translate business needs into sustainable, feasible technical solutions in close collaboration with both IT and business stakeholders.

Drive the migration plan together with the business, ensuring structured progress and clear decision points.

Participate in testing activities, contributing to both technical and operational validation of solutions.

Support the change process through communication, training and preparation of user-facing materials.

Contribute to UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business and technology expectations.

Navigate a complex organizational landscape with many stakeholders and dependencies, ensuring alignment across teams.

Provide advisory support on complex issues and help anchor decisions at both operational and IT levels.

What you bring:

Strong experience in requirements management, requirements analysis and development of solution proposals.

Experience leading migration plans in larger programs or transformation initiatives.

Good understanding of technical testing and validation methods from both a technical and business perspective.

Background in business requirements and proven ability to translate business needs into viable technical solutions.

Comfortable working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies.

Experience leading communication, training and UAT activities within change projects.

Analytical, structured and able to see the big picture as well as understand detailed dependencies.

Clear and confident communicator, able to drive alignment across both IT and business.

Self-driven, proactive and able to act as an advisor in complex matters.

Strong collaborator experienced in large program organizations.

Experience with PEGA or similar environments is an advantage.
