Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Spare Parts Editor to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Transform technical design specifications into clear, accurate, and user-friendly spare parts information.

Produce parts lists and exploded views to support workshop technicians in daily repair and maintenance work.

Ensure all vehicle-specific spare parts data is correct, updated, and accessible in the global online workshop system.

Contribute to continuous improvements throughout the product development cycle by supporting multiple parallel projects.

Participate in the implementation of a new production system that enhances efficiency and improves spare parts content quality.

Help shape new, interactive methods for presenting spare parts information based on workshop needs and user insights.

Collaborate closely with a team of Spare Parts Editors, sharing knowledge and ensuring consistent, high-quality information across brands.

What you bring:

A university or college qualification in engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.

Fluency in Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.

A solution-oriented and proactive approach with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.

Strong planning, coordination, and prioritization skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Confidence working with digital tools and an eagerness to learn new systems and platforms.

Experience within the heavy vehicle industry, which is considered a strong advantage
