Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Service Application Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Prepare and define technical scopes for gas turbine overhauls, repairs, and spare parts in alignment with customer requirements.

Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop tailored and technically sound sales proposals.

Recommend service bulletins, modifications, and improvements that enhance turbine performance, availability, and reliability.

Specify site activities, tooling, instruments, spare parts, and consumables required for upcoming overhauls.

Support modernization and upgrade projects, contributing technical input during both sales and execution phases.

Troubleshoot customer issues and propose effective, technically optimized solutions.

Act as the technical lead during execution of maintenance projects, working closely with project managers and field service teams.

Ensure seamless handover from sales to execution and maintain technical support throughout the project lifecycle to secure successful delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Contribute technical expertise and scope details to the preparation of Long-Term Program (LTP) contracts for the turbines under your responsibility.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build competence, improve processes, and support continuous development within a global service organization.

What you bring:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).

Technical experience with gas turbines or rotating equipment; experience with Siemens turbines is an advantage.

Strong collaboration abilities and comfort working with both internal teams and external customers.

Solid problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic project environments.

Ability to lead technical discussions, run meetings, and present scopes confidently to clients.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.

Proficiency in engineering and maintenance-related IT systems and tools.

Experience with medium-sized gas turbine maintenance, service business operations, or rotary equipment maintenance is considered meritorious
