Are you passionate about cybersecurity and want to work at the intersection of business transformation and technology? We are looking for a Security Specialist to support M&A activities, ensuring secure integration, divestments, and risk management across complex environments.

In this role, you will play a key part in safeguarding Telia's security posture during acquisitions, divestments, and large-scale transformation initiatives, working across multiple domains and collaborating with stakeholders globally.

What you'll do:

You will manage and drive security activities across M&A initiatives, ensuring secure transitions, risk mitigation, and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

• Lead and coordinate security delivery across core security domains such as security operations centers, threat management, incident response and crisis management, vulnerability management, Identity and Access Management (IAM), security governance, risk and compliance, physical security and personnel security.
• Manage and assess security risks related to acquiring and divesting organizations, ensuring mitigation and compliance
• Drive IAM and PAM-related initiatives aligned with least privilege and zero-trust principles
• Support secure integration and separation of systems during acquisitions and divestments across on-prem and multi-cloud environments
• Define and manage security projects, including planning, delivery, stakeholder alignment, and execution against timelines and objectives
• Defining and managing Transitional Services Agreement (TSAs) for security areas.

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are structured, proactive, and comfortable working in complex environments where business and security intersect. You bring strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate security requirements into actionable delivery.

• Experience working with security across multiple domains, including operations, IAM, and risk management
• Experience in complex system integrations, migrations, or separations in on-prem and multi-cloud environments
• Strong understanding of IAM and PAM concepts and modern security principles such as zero-trust
• Strong project management skills, including defining scope, managing delivery, and working with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of telecom environments and critical infrastructure is an advantage
• Familiarity with security standards and regulations such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, NIS2, DORA, or similar
