Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Manage the entire B2B sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

Engage with customers across multiple industries and seniority levels.

Collaborate closely with senior colleagues and cross-functional teams.

Identify opportunities to drive business growth and customer value.

Represent the company at industry events and meetings across Sweden and Europe.

What you bring:

2-4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS, tech, or logistics.

Strong ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored value propositions.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.

High motivation and drive to grow in an innovative, forward-thinking company.

Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written).

Collaborative, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset.
