Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Research Expert to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Participate in evaluating palliative care in accordance with national guidelines.

Analyze indicators and target levels to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Contribute to the development of recommendations based on evaluation findings.

Collaborate closely with project management, following established procedures.

Attend expert group meetings during 2026 and 2027, approximately five full or half-day sessions, on-site or digitally.

Provide ongoing expert support throughout the externalization process.

What you bring:

Medical degree with experience in palliative care.

Proven research experience and ability to analyze healthcare data.

Solid knowledge of national guidelines and standards in palliative care.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Flexibility to participate in scheduled meetings and provide continuous expert input

Fluent in English and Swedish
