Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Requirement Engineer - Vehicle Architecture to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Strengthen and develop requirement management practices, including tools and ways of working within Vehicle Architecture.

Collect and organize stakeholder needs and translate performance targets into clear, structured requirements from early studies to late design phases.

Define, balance and review transport system requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Report requirement status on vehicle level and secure fulfilment for prioritized feature and attribute areas.

Act as the bridge between project requesters and solution-delivering teams to ensure clarity, alignment and efficient execution.

Interact and collaborate with teams across multiple global sites to harmonize and drive requirement work.

Contribute to selecting the best product concepts by driving requirement alignment, balancing trade-offs and optimizing customer value.

What you bring:

At least 10 years of experience working with requirements, features or attributes in product development.

Strong understanding of requirement definition, structuring and verification processes across product development phases.

Experience translating performance targets into actionable and measurable requirements.

Truck product knowledge and familiarity with internal systems and requirement documentation tools (strong advantage).

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across global sites.

Ability to build networks, engage stakeholders and maintain alignment between requesters and engineering teams.

Goal-oriented mindset, with interest in learning, developing and supporting others.
