Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Release Train Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Facilitate and optimize delivery flow across the Agile Release Train, ensuring smooth execution and alignment.

Monitor backlogs, capacity, and dependencies to identify risks and constraints early and drive timely corrective actions.

Remove impediments that affect team productivity and maintain momentum toward key milestones.

Coach teams and stakeholders in lean-agile principles to foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Strengthen ways of working by refining processes, enhancing communication, and sharing best practices across teams.

Collaborate closely with STEs, Scrum Masters, Product Management, and Line Management to secure effective coordination and transparency.
