Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Investigate quality issues and deviations in the supplier chain

Apply temporary containment measures when deviations occur

Lead and follow up on 8D investigations or other structured problem-solving methods

Determine and validate corrective actions

Drive suppliers to perform thorough root-cause analyses

Collaborate closely with purchasing, production and engineering to ensure delivery of the correct quality

Document and report quality status and deviations

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Conduct flash investigations for major deviations, including collecting facts, reviewing supplier reports, evaluating quality data and checking inventory to quickly resolve issues and define suitable actions

What you bring:

Education in quality assurance, quality control or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in quality work within manufacturing, preferably in defense or another regulated industry

Strong analytical, structured and problem-solving abilities

Good knowledge of the 8D methodology or similar root-cause analysis tools

Clear communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Meritorious:

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
