Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior QA Tester to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Analyze requirements to identify testable features and ensure comprehensive coverage

Design detailed manual test cases, create test data and execute tests across system, integration and regression levels

Execute automated end-to-end test cases and contribute to improving automation coverage

Identify, document and track defects through established tools and processes

Maintain full traceability between requirements, test cases and results

Prepare clear and actionable test reports for stakeholders, providing visibility into quality and progress

Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as PI planning, sprint planning and retrospectives

Collaborate closely with a global agile team, sharing insights, challenges and improvements

Support ad hoc testing needs and contribute to continuous enhancement of test frameworks and strategies

Mentor and guide other QA team members to strengthen overall team capability

What you bring:

8+ years of QA/testing experience across mobile, web and API environments

Deep expertise in manual testing, including test case design, test data creation and full test execution

Hands-on testing experience with mobile and web applications

Ability to write automation scripts in Node.js/TypeScript or Python

Strong understanding of Gherkin syntax and behavior-driven testing

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and standard defect tracking/documentation practices

Experience preparing detailed, stakeholder-friendly test reports

Background in agile ways of working, including PI planning and sprint ceremonies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in distributed global teams

Self-driven, proactive problem-solver with strong ownership and attention to detail

Experience with QA leadership or mentoring responsibilities

Meriting experience with Selenium/Playwright, Detox/WebdriverIO or similar tools

Familiarity with API testing and database queries

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
