About the Assignment
We are looking for a Senior QA SME / Test Strategist for a strategic consulting assignment within an international organization in robotics and intralogistics. You will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, helping ensure quality assurance is structured, effective, and embedded early-so solutions meet the right quality level before reaching end customers.
The focus is on long-term quality enablement through methodology, governance, and frameworks rather than operational test management. You will work in a technically advanced, international setting with strong emphasis on automation and complex system deliveries.
Job DescriptionAct as an advisor and sounding board on QA strategy and testing direction
Develop and continuously improve test methodologies, processes, and ways of working
Ensure testing is integrated early in the project lifecycle
Support the establishment and further development of QA frameworks
Identify risks in delivery and integration phases and propose mitigating actions
Help ensure quality assurance activities are completed prior to customer delivery
Contribute to improvement initiatives based on lessons learned
Support the organization in increasing QA maturity over time
RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in QA, testing, and quality assurance
Proven experience developing and implementing test strategies
Experience establishing or evolving QA frameworks
Strong expertise in test processes, methodologies, and quality governance
Experience working in complex system environments (e.g., automation, industrial systems, intralogistics, or similar)
Ability to operate at a strategic and advisory level rather than in a purely operational capacity
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Strong analytical and structured mindset
Experience working in international organizations
Nice to haveExperience from integration-intensive environments
Experience in technical or industrial domains
Academic background in Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
