Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Manage and develop the property portfolio to ensure optimal and efficient use of premises

Lead and coordinate property-related projects and initiatives in close collaboration with internal stakeholders

Handle rental matters, negotiate and manage contracts, and ensure compliance with rental regulations

Act as a key contact for tenants, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and high service quality

Drive improvements in processes, routines, and operational efficiency within property management

Support strategic planning and contribute to long-term property development aligned with business needs

Oversee documentation, reporting, and administrative activities related to property operations

What you bring:

Solid experience in property management, preferably within industrial, technical, or large corporate environments

Strong knowledge of rental law, contract management, and property-related project management

Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive processes from start to finish

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Relevant education in property management, technology, law, or an equivalent field

A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Fluent in English and Swedish.
