Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Coordinate and lead multiple projects within a large, multi-year healthcare program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Secure structure and compliance with the established project model, following up on milestones, schedules, risks, and dependencies.

Manage resources across the program, including updating resource matrices and coordinating internal and external contributors.

Maintain clear and accurate documentation such as versions, protocols, meeting minutes, and status reports.

Oversee budget follow-up, handle invoices, and prepare material and analyses for steering group meetings.

Drive collaboration with the client, internal functions, and support teams to ensure successful implementation of a healthcare information system.

Ensure documented risk management and continuous progress in accordance with program plans.

What you bring:

Experience in project and program management, preferably within healthcare environments.

Background in managing healthcare information systems or digital tools such as Cosmic, Take Care, or Millennium.

Strong understanding of healthcare organization, processes, and workflows.

Ability to translate strategies into concrete action plans and coordinate multiple tasks in a structured and analytical way.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and explain complex topics clearly.

Knowledge of governance models, ITIL processes, and digital collaboration tools such as Teams, Planner, Jira, and SharePoint.

High standard of documentation skills, including version control, structured document management, and accurate reporting.

Relationship-building mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders and contribute to learning across the organization

Fluent in English and Swedish.
