Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and deliver complex IT programs with multiple parallel projects, tight deadlines, and interdependencies.

Drive programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and delivery requirements.

Establish and lead steering groups, ensuring effective governance, decision-making, and progress tracking.

Create strong collaboration across teams, promoting transparency, accountability, and shared ownership.

Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders to ensure alignment, consensus, and effective issue resolution.

Drive change initiatives, fostering adoption and continuous improvement across the organization.

Balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

What you bring:

Proven experience as a Program Manager leading large-scale, complex IT programs.

Strong ability to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional project structures in dynamic environments.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience in change management and stakeholder engagement at management level.
