About the Assignment

As a Production Quality Engineer, you will ensure product quality and robust ways of working by establishing, maintaining, and improving processes across the supply chain. The role includes acting as a key quality representative towards management and, when applicable, customer stakeholders, with a strong focus on audits, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Job DescriptionReview and evaluate working methods to ensure compliance with applicable requirements and directives

Monitor quality performance and initiate quality-assuring actions when needed

Plan, execute, and follow up on product and process audits, including third-party audits

Analyze non-conformance statistics and trends from the reporting system

Report quality status, audit outcomes, and improvement initiatives to relevant stakeholders

Support activities to ensure delivery criteria are met

Drive quality problem-solving activities, including CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions

Contribute to and, when needed, lead initiatives in product and organizational development

Guide colleagues in the management system and support/educate in areas owned by the quality function

RequirementsAbility to plan and conduct quality audits (product, process, and third-party audits)

Experience working with quality follow-up using non-conformance reporting and statistics

Hands-on experience driving CAPA, including root cause analysis and corrective actions

Ability to report and communicate quality status and improvement work to key stakeholders

Ability to pass security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship not permitted)
