Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Production Process Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Support production departments in quality and process development, collaborating closely with R&D to integrate product and process knowledge.

Perform root cause analysis and problem-solving for disturbances, non-conformities, and CAPA activities.

Participate in risk management activities related to production processes.

Implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and production capacity.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for production processes and internal procedures.

Lead smaller-scale improvement activities and contribute to larger cross-functional projects within production.

Evaluate process parameters using appropriate statistical tools and methodologies.

Contribute to process development activities, including scale-up and scale-down efforts.

What you bring:

Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent, preferably in Chemical, Molecular Biotechnology, Mechanical, or a related discipline.

3-10+ years of relevant professional experience within production or process engineering.

Proven experience working with production processes in accordance with ISO 13485, from laboratory to industrial scale.

Strong background in statistical process evaluation, validation of production and cleaning processes for medical devices.

Hands-on experience in production environments that balance ongoing operations with concurrent technical projects.

Structured, analytical, and self-driven approach with strong initiative and the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English
