Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Production Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

Optimize, standardize, and stabilize the assembly process within production

Lead workshops and provide specialized manufacturing knowledge

Consult on day-to-day manufacturing operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Develop processes and assembly sequencing for new programs

Analyze manufacturing feasibility and conduct cost analyses to support decision-making

Design plant layouts and support computer simulations for optimized workflow

Write specifications for equipment and ergonomic improvements

Implement continuous improvement processes and monitor best practices

Collaborate with teams on product launches and stimulate Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in projects

What You Bring

Degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical or industrial

Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English

At least three years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in manufacturing

Strong computer and manufacturing skills, including expertise in MS/Lean manufacturing methodologies

Experience in plant layout design using AutoCAD

Certification in MTM 1 or education in time study methods, though certification is not required

Proven experience in equipment selection, purchasing, and installation

Knowledge of tooling and fixtures for efficient production processes
