About the Assignment

We are looking for a Product Owner within calibration to lead strategy and execution across the product development lifecycle in the automotive industry. In this role, you will connect engineering teams, project management, and key stakeholders to ensure clear alignment on calibration deliverables. You will own the vision and roadmap for calibration processes and tools, ensuring smooth integration with software and hardware platforms while driving continuous improvement, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Job DescriptionOwn and maintain the calibration product backlog and priorities in an agile setup

Translate business and technical needs into user stories and actionable backlog items

Define clear, measurable acceptance criteria for calibration-related deliverables

Collaborate cross-functionally to gather, refine, and align calibration requirements

Manage daily work in the Calibration Database Management Tool and coordinate deliveries of calibration data to customers and software factory

Support the development and deployment of calibration tools and related infrastructure

Track progress, remove impediments, and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership

Ensure traceability and documentation of calibration processes and changes

Participate in reviews and audits supporting quality assurance and regulatory compliance

Align calibration activities with system-level performance goals and requirements

Coordinate with validation teams to ensure calibration output meets intended functionality

Use internal/external feedback and industry benchmarking to guide improvements and innovation

RequirementsStrong experience in software calibration processes within powertrain engineering, especially for electric propulsion components

Experience with INCA or similar calibration tools

Experience with CRETA or similar database tools

Experience with Vector HIL rigs and test tools

Nice to haveExperience with CANape

Experience with HV systems and/or powertrain systems

Knowledge of XCP, ETK, and VX1000

Electrical engineering background
