Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Propose and develop innovative product design solutions that reflect a strong product message and distinct brand identity

Create 2D and 3D design concepts including sketches, drawings and visual artifacts to communicate ideas clearly

Contribute to the full product development lifecycle from early ideation to production delivery

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including engineers, product owners and stakeholders to align design intent with technical requirements

Design both exterior and interior components while ensuring adherence to project prerequisites, brand guidelines and quality standards

Transform conceptual ideas into manufacturable design solutions ready for implementation

Support design reviews, provide design rationale and ensure design feasibility throughout development

Contribute to design strategy and continuous improvement initiatives across projects

Share insights and collaborate effectively within the wider organisation to drive strong design outcomes

What you bring:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within industrial, transportation or product design

Strong portfolio demonstrating exterior and/or interior product design projects from concept to implementation

Proven ability to explore and communicate design intent through 2D sketching, 3D modelling and prototyping techniques

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software for modelling and visualization

Strong understanding of design principles, brand identity, form development and user-focused aesthetics

Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and complex development environments

Ability to provide design guidance and support junior colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing

Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance design intent, technical constraints and business requirements

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
