Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Process Development Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Document and update process descriptions within the purchasing department.

Drive change management and implement process adjustments.

Develop and deliver training sessions based on updated process documentation.

Coordinate global processes and regulations to ensure successful local implementation.

Support and adapt local processes for new IT tools introduced from the global organization.

Act as key user for selected business systems and tools.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient and aligned purchasing operations.

What you bring:

Proven experience in project management with a structured and analytical approach.

Hands-on experience with business systems; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Experience in process development and change implementation.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Experience from Energy Sector is a plus.

Methodical, proactive, and able to understand organizational context and cross-functional perspectives
