Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Power BI & Power Platform Developer with strong SharePoint Online expertise to contribute to advanced reporting, automation, and digital workplace solutions.

Your Responsibilities

-Design and deliver insightful reports and dashboards in Power BI, ensuring usability, performance, and reliability.

-Build and refine data models, DAX logic, and structured datasets for scalable analytics.

-Develop applications and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline business processes.

-Work closely with business teams to understand needs and convert them into well-structured technical solutions.

-Manage and support environments within the Power Platform, covering access control, governance, and integrations.

-Lead integrations across Microsoft servicese specially SharePoint Online, Teams, Dataverseand external APIs.

-Maintain documentation, testing pipelines, and release processes using Azure DevOps and Git.

-Provide guidance to junior members and actively promote engineering best practices.

-Contribute to establishing architectural guidelines and governance for BI and Power Platform solutions.

Must to have:

-Proven experience working across the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

-Deep practical knowledge of SharePoint Online including list structures, libraries, permissions, and modern UI features.

-Experience working with Dataverse and cloud-based data management.

-Good understanding of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS for building custom components or integrations.

-Familiarity with development workflows using Azure DevOps, pipelines, and Git version control.

-Strong analytical skills, communication ability, and a collaborative mindset.

-Certifications within the Power Platform are a plus.
