Assignment Overview

A short-term opportunity is available for an experienced Power BI Developer to lead the foundation of a modern analytics solution based on Microsoft Fabric. The role focuses on replacing legacy infrastructure and enabling data-driven decision-making and access to AI tools.

Key Objectives

Establish an initial development environment within Microsoft Fabric

Integrate data from multiple sources into a shared workspace

Build two MVP Power BI reports focusing on workforce planning and cost tracking

Develop and deliver a demo presentation showcasing platform capabilities

Responsibilities

Gather requirements and create a semantic model in Power BI

Develop and validate reports based on stakeholder needs

Deliver training and documentation to support handover of the environment

Prepare and present findings to stakeholders across multiple affiliated organizations

Required Qualifications

Proven senior-level experience with Power BI, including data modeling and integration

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders

Independent and pedagogical approach with a strong understanding of business operations

Experience with Microsoft Fabric is highly desirable

Language Requirement: Swedish (Proficient)
