This role involves developing and implementing leasing strategies, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring high occupancy rates while providing excellent customer service to tenants and landlords.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants.
• Manage the entire leasing process, from lead generation to lease signing.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with landlords, stakeholders, and maintenance staff to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant needs.
• Prepare and present leasing reports.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations.
• Participate in broker events and promotional activities to enhance property visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing or property management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems.
• In-depth knowledge of local property laws and market conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Leasing Professional (CLP) is a plus.
