Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior .Net Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Develop and maintain internal systems such as archive and search tools, transcription services, and applications that support employees across the organization.

Work in an agile, cross-functional team to deliver modern, user-focused digital solutions.

Take technical initiative and contribute to architectural decisions together with the team.

Ensure structure, scalability, and long-term maintainability in the codebase and development workflows.

Collaborate closely with UX, product owners, and other stakeholders to translate needs into robust technical solutions.

Contribute to the evolution and implementation of the organization's design systems.

Drive continuous improvements within development practices, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.

What you bring:

At least five years of experience as a senior full-stack developer with strong frontend competence in frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular.

Minimum two years of experience working with Vue.

Minimum three years of experience working with .NET.

Proven ability to take technical initiative and participate in architectural decision-making.

At least five years of experience working in modern, agile, cross-functional product teams.

At least two years of experience working with and further developing design systems.

At least three years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, for example using GitHub Actions.

Strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
