Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Monitoring Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Strengthen and further develop monitoring, logging and alerting capabilities to ensure early detection of issues in a mission-critical workshop system

Collaborate with engineering teams and other stakeholders to improve observability, system insights and overall service reliability

Analyse monitoring data to identify recurring patterns, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities

Act as Incident Manager in a scheduled 24/7 on-call rotation, leading communication, coordination and resolution of major incidents

Drive root cause analysis, document findings and ensure follow-up actions are implemented

Contribute to continuous improvements in monitoring strategy, incident response processes and service performance

What you bring:

Experience as an Incident Manager in a complex or business-critical environment

Hands-on experience with Datadog or comparable tools such as Grafana or Prometheus

Ability to work on a scheduled 24/7 on-call rotation

Fluency in English and Swedish

Knowledge of electrical systems and embedded vehicle systems is meriting

Software development experience is an advantage
