Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Designer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Contribute to the development of mechanical components with a strong focus on manufacturability and production efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design with jigs, adhesive processes, automation solutions, and various manufacturing methods
Participate in product development activities from concept to final production, ensuring designs are optimized for quality, cost, and ease of manufacturing
Support production setup and provide technical input to improve design implementation on the factory floor
Apply structured methodologies for requirements management and verification throughout the design lifecycle
What you bring:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in an industrial or production-close environment
Proficiency in Creo for 3D modeling and creation of technical drawings
Experience with Windchill or similar PDM/PLM systems for product data management
Knowledge of requirements management and verification processes
Understanding of plastic design and injection molding processes
Hands-on experience in production setup and design-for-manufacturing practices
Independent, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset with a practical approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines in a dynamic, production-focused environment
