PharmaRelations is currently seeking, on behalf of a client, a Senior Manager within Value Access & Pricing.

This is a 6-month consultancy assignment with the possibility of extension.Start: Immediately.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and driving both strategic and operational work related to market access and pricing for assigned therapeutic areas, both pre- and post-launch.
  • Preparing and positioning new pipeline products for the Swedish market, including management of PICO and interactions with the WW EU-HTA team.
  • Being responsible for HTA dossiers submitted to TLV, as well as maintaining dialogue with the authority to avoid unnecessary delays.
  • Supporting negotiations with the NT Council to ensure smooth navigation of the client's products within the Swedish system.
  • Actively contributing to national policy strategy in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams, including Brand Teams and the MAM function, to support launch strategy and execution.

We are looking for someone who has:
  • Solid experience (10+ years) in the pharmaceutical/biopharma/healthcare sector, preferably in similar roles.
  • A relevant academic background in communications, business, or life sciences.
  • The ability to work independently, proactively, and under time pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in large international and matrix organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • A strong understanding of the Swedish healthcare system and the policy and stakeholder landscape.
