Your role

As part of the Intelligent Supply Chain team, you will work as a management consultant, helping clients design and execute supply chain and logistics strategies. You will turn concepts into measurable results and work with both business and technology teams in high-profile operations transformation projects.

Typical assignments can include:

• Develop & Implement Operational Logistics Strategies - Support clients in defining and implementing strategies across network design, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Drive Business Adoption in Digital Logistics Transformation - Serve as the link between business teams and system specialists by leading workshops, gathering requirements, and supporting testing to ensure solutions meet all needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of new tools and processes.
• Enhance Future-Ready Logistics Capabilities - Strengthen modern logistics practices through smarter use of data and AI, support the adoption of automation and visibility solutions, and help shape future-ready operating models.

Your profile

We believe you bring experience or strong interest in one or several of the following areas:

• Transport Management System (TMS) & Business Analysis - Knowledge of leading TMS platforms, combined with business analyst experience in understanding business needs, documenting requirements, and supporting implementation work.
• Logistics Operations & Network Design - Practical experience within transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations - gained through hands-on operational roles or project/business analyst positions. Ability to design distribution networks, including experience with modeling tools and scenario-based analysis.
• Analytical Problem Solving - Skilled at analyzing data, breaking down complex issues, and turning insights into clear recommendations while supporting teams in defining better ways of working.
• Change & Stakeholder Engagement - Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions, align stakeholders, and drive adoption across business and IT teams.

Additional Requirements

• 2-7 years' work experience, ideally from management consulting or equivalent
• A master's degree with a business, technical or supply chain/operations focus
• Excellent Swedish and English language skills and Swedish work permit required

Need to know

Location: In line with our trust-based culture, Capgemini Invent offers a hybrid working model, and for this role you will be based in our attractively located Stockholm or Gothenburg office, ready to travel to our clients' sites when needed.
