Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IT Security Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead, support and continuously improve GTT's IT security capabilities in line with the security vision and strategy

Ensure information assets are protected against cyber threats such as data theft, compromise and unavailability

Manage and maintain IT security standards, guidelines and best practices across the organization

Identify, assess and follow up on IT security risks, ensuring proper mitigation actions

Recommend and drive IT security enhancements, improvements and corrective measures

Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business to strengthen security posture and awareness

Contribute to secure processes, governance and compliance related to cybersecurity and information protection

What you bring:

2-5 years of experience within IT security, cybersecurity or information protection

Solid understanding of IT security standards, policies and risk management practices

Ability to analyze threats, identify vulnerabilities and propose appropriate mitigation strategies

Experience supporting security governance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Proactive and structured way of working with a high sense of responsibility for security

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate security requirements into practical actions
