Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Partner - ERP & Finance Domains to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Support the ERP and Finance domains with prioritization, coordination and planning of new initiatives.

Drive replacement projects for ERP and TMS systems, ensuring smooth transition from older legacy systems nearing end-of-life.

Manage and mitigate risks related to existing systems (including Business Central) and limit unnecessary development.

Gather and analyze business needs from stakeholders seeking enhancements to Business Central systems.

Collaborate with IT and business operations to prioritize requirements and coordinate implementation activities.

Contribute to defining strategic roadmaps and ensure alignment between IT and business objectives.

What you bring:

Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or similar role within ERP and Finance environments.

Strong understanding of business systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Experience in project management and stakeholder management across IT and business functions.

Ability to balance technical and business perspectives to ensure optimal decisions.

Excellent communication and coordination skills in both Swedish and English
