Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Interim Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead a team of approximately 15 people responsible for business-critical IT systems and ensure stable, high-quality deliveries.

Drive digitalization initiatives, process development and continuous improvement in a complex operational environment.

Provide clear, change-oriented leadership with strong focus on engagement, governance, responsibility allocation and sustainable ways of working.

Collaborate closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders and operational units to secure efficient and value-driven deliveries.

Take responsibility for delivery outcomes, planning, follow-up and alignment with organizational goals.

Participate in the management team and contribute to strategic decisions within the organization's digital development.

What you bring:

Documented experience in leading teams through change and implementing new ways of working.

Leadership experience from complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.

Experience in IT system management of business-critical systems.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.

Proven ability to motivate teams, build culture and create stability during high levels of digital transformation.

Experience with budgeting, delivery responsibility and goal-driven management.

Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Knowledge in SAP, GIS, measurement or billing is a strong advantage
