Senior Integration Expert - Avarda (Stockholm)

Position Overview:

As aSenior Integration Expertyou will be driving the delivery of Avarda's technical solutions and services to merchants and partners. You will also play a significant part in leading initiative to optimize products, implement new features and cultivate strong relationship with stakeholders as well as provide technical support in pre-sales and live phases. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to enhancing Avarda's products, supporting projects, and participating in incident response and issue management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading technical implementation of all Avarda products.
• Ensuring optimal implementation and continuously seeking for improvement.
• Building relationship and providing technical support for merchants and partners.
• Actively supporting pre-sales and key account management providing technical insight and problem solving.
• Project leadership and partnership development.
• Process, documentation and incident management.
• Testing and optimization.

Qualifications & Previous Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT or equivalent.
• 5+ years working experience in technical implementation, management within the payments, ecommerce, financial technology industry or equivalent.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedishand English.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of ecommerce, payment platforms, modules and partner ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and partnerships successfully.
• Expertise in project management, documentation, and incident response.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities for product improvement and optimization.
• Experience in product development and lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
