Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Incident Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead the end-to-end management of critical incidents, from detection through resolution and stakeholder communication.

Coordinate with DevOps, development teams, support, and R&D to restore services quickly and ensure high availability and stability of the tool used in workshop operations.

Prioritize, analyze, and escalate incidents efficiently to minimize business impact.

Communicate clearly and proactively with internal stakeholders and end customers throughout the incident lifecycle.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis and facilitate Lessons Learned sessions to drive long-term improvements.

Contribute to process development and continuous improvement within incident and problem management.

Support proactive initiatives aimed at preventing future disruptions, enhancing technical robustness, and improving service delivery.

What you bring:

Proven experience as an Incident Manager handling critical, business-impacting incidents.

Ability and availability to participate in an on-call rotation providing 24/7 support.

Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish.

Advantageous experience in embedded vehicle systems, software development, or roles such as Problem Manager or Assignment Leader
