Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Incident Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead the end-to-end management of critical incidents, from detection and triage to resolution and closure

Coordinate cross-functional teams including DevOps, development, engineering and support to restore service quickly and effectively

Prioritise, escalate and communicate incident status clearly to internal stakeholders and end customers

Drive structured root cause analysis and ensure follow-up actions are implemented

Facilitate post-incident reviews and promote a learning culture across teams

Improve incident, problem and escalation processes to enhance system stability and service reliability

Contribute to proactive risk mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives in a highly complex, business-critical environment

Support a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure rapid response to major incidents

What you bring:

Proven experience as an Incident Manager in a complex software or system environment

Strong coordination, decision-making and communication skills under pressure

Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 on-call rotation

Fluency in English and Swedish

Experience in software development is an advantage

Knowledge of electrical and/or embedded systems in vehicles is meriting

Background as a Problem Manager, Assignment Leader or similar is beneficial
