About the Assignment
We are looking for a senior professional to lead and drive integration initiatives between HR systems and an Identity & Access Management (IAM) landscape. You will play a central role bridging HR and IAM functions, while supporting an enterprise-wide IAM transformation and strengthening governance alignment.
Job DescriptionLead integration activities between HR systems and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) between HR and IAM teams
Lead IAM-related initiatives connected to Fieldglass (internal HR tool)
Support the Enterprise IAM Transformation Program
Ensure alignment between HR processes and IAM governance frameworks
RequirementsSenior-level experience in IAM and HR system integrations
Strong understanding of HR-to-IAM/IGA tool integrations
Solid knowledge of IAM processes, including joiner-mover-leaver (JML), access governance, and role management
Experience working cross-functionally between business and technical teams
