About the Assignment

As a HW Systems Engineer, you will join the development of an electronic warfare (EW) system delivered to an external customer. The project is in an exciting phase where early prototypes are being built and tested to validate design concepts and feed improvements into upcoming verification and qualification activities.

You will be part of a team responsible for one of the EW system's sub-systems, with a strong focus on hardware integration and test of the main control unit. The role involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders and a structured, hands-on approach to solving technical challenges.

Job Description Support systems engineering work such as updating requirements and defining test cases for formal verification and production testing

Support HW prototype integration and testing activities

Perform and support HW troubleshooting and fault investigation

Collect and structure test feedback and feed it back into design and requirements

Support HW verification and qualification efforts

Requirements University engineering degree in electronics, technical physics, or a related field

Worked 10+ years as a systems engineer in defense, train, radio communications, med-tech, or similar industries

Experience with systems engineering processes and requirements management

Experience in product development with a focus on HW development

Experience with HW integration and testing

Knowledge of or experience with RF and microwave

Good knowledge of both Swedish and English

Ability to pass security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship not permitted)
